Spring is springing in Berkeley.
The trees are blooming, the air warming, daylight saving's time delights me.
I love spring.
I have been working on new pieces,
having fun with surface after the fourth & clay workshop with Lana Wilson. Her layered surfaces inspired me to loosen up a bit and explore. So I brought back out my textile stamps and incorporated them. I have been stamping, darting, ripping,drawing, scratching, sanding, under-glazing, painting, mishima-ing (is there such a word?), glazing. Using everything but the kitchen sink but including the kitchen dish towel.

nothing like a workshop to inspire but these are most definitely yours and wonderful :^)
